The old Dalmatian rural Dvor Sv. Juraj, dating back to the beginning of the 20th century bathed in sunlight and enveloped with scents dominates the estate which extends over 30,000 m2, was recently completely renovated in authentic style. Situated on the wondrous Island of Hvar from which on clear nights one can see the lights of Italy, surrounded by cypress trees, lavender, rosemary and sage, it will provide an unforgettable romantic holiday for 8 people within a labyrinth of stone fences, in the quite stillness of a field, 30 minutes from the town of Hvar, 2 hours from Split.
VILLA DAMIANA - ZMINJ - ISTRIA
Welcome to the Villa Damiana, over a 300 years old authentic Istrian house that was owned by the same family for centuries. This luxurious stone villa is situated in the small village called Damijanići. It is a small and charming village in which picturesque landscape Villa Damiana perfectly fits. The Villa has been recently restored in accordance with our ancestors' life and building tradition. It is modern equipped, and as a kind of combination of luxury and indigenous is open for our dear guests. Ten people can comfortably enjoy in the luxury accommodation of villa, beautiful landscape and intimacy of a typical Istrian village.
VILLA MIRCA - ISLAND OF BRAC
Villa Mirca is situated in the center of the village Mirca, right on the beach, and it can accomodate 12 to 16 persons in 7 double bedrooms. On the ground floor is a big living and dining room, kitchen, laundry, a small gym with some devices for workout and a pool table for fun. Terrace and 28 m2 swiming pool are positioned only few meters from the sea. On the sea side terrace is also an outside dining area in the shade of pergola na oleander trees, and a sundeck. In the back yard is a roofed patio and a big grill.
Villa Mirca has parking place for 3 big cars and high level of the equipment and service as other our villas: TV, DVD & Hi-fi system in the living room, wireless internet, safe, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and heating, washing machine, every day cleaning and towels change, linen change 2 times a week, chef service on request and other extra services. The villa is semidetached and in neighbor house is my office/reception.
VILLA MARUKA - BRAC
Villa Maruka is a traditional Dalmatian stone house from the 19th century which we renovated into a comfortable villa for 6 to 7 persons. Before the construction works on the villa began, we consulted the Split conservation office to preserve as much as possible of the existing Dalmatian architectural tradition and its original charm, but at the same time to meet the modern living standards.
Villa Maruka has just over 130 m2 of the interior, a forecourt with a swimming pool, a roofed sitting area, a garden and a covered parking place. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, and also the exit to the „sular“with a view of the sea and the other shore of the Brač sea channel. The „sular“is a local name for the top of a staircase, which was traditionally situated before the main entrance to the living area on the first floor. Now the wooden stairs connect the first floor bedrooms with the living room on the ground floor, where it used to be a room for keeping olive oil, vine, tools etc. On the ground floor, besides the living room with TV and a fireplace, there is also a dining room, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with a big bathroom, additional toilet and one more bathroom. There is an exit from the master bedroom to the small romantic back garden with a terrace. The swimming pool with a hydro massage bench and a garden with an old olive tree are in the forecourt. A wooden sun deck is by the pool, and underneath, on the street level, is the parking place. A particularly attractive place is the outside dining area with a grill, covered with the authentic stone roof, which is traditional in old Dalmatian rural architecture.
